One of the most critical ways for staying healthy is by remaining hydrated all the time. A human body should at least drink 1.5 litres per day.

The composition of water in the human body is almost 70% and is an essential element for carrying out various functions such as carrying nutrients and oxygen to the cells, aiding digestion, normalizing blood pressure, stabilizing heartbeat, and more.

So it’s essential to drink plenty of fluids to remain healthy.

8. Take proper sleep.
